Why BKMGJ Investments?

BKMGJ Investments began as a real estate investment business in January 2019. The opportunity to begin investing in real estate began when a few friends and family members encouraged me to purchase a few properties. The idea was simple, clean, well cared for properties available at competitive market pricing! Treat others the way you want to be treated and provide excellent communication along with a safe place to call home for your tenants. Ideally longer term tenants are what every real estate investors wants, and while we can't guarantee that, we do strive for feedback from tenants to make their rentals a proud place they call home.
